Pizza Marinara

Pizza MarinaraIngredients

  • ½ kg Seafood Marinara Mix
  • 2 pizza bases
  • 250g tomato paste or sauce
  • 4 Tbsp capers, drained
  • 2 dozen black olives, sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Lightly grease two trays to cook the pizzas on. (If they fit onto one tray then that is all that is needed.)
Smear the pizza bases with the tomato paste or sauce.
Divide the ½ kg of Seafood Marinara mix in half and sprinkle it evenly on top of the tomato paste. (More than ½ kg can be used if desired.)
Scatter the capers and olives onto each pizza.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the toppings.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over each pizza.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the Seafood Marinara mix is fully cooked.
